RC TO DC CONVERTER

This precision device converts standard R/C servo style PCM signals to an analog DC output with 1- bit resolution. The output is stable with input changes such as: supply voltage, pulse amplitude, frequency and temperature. Programable options include: output scaling within 0 to 5 volts, positive or negative going, valid pulse width cut off points, and a second order filter for different time constants (T/C) output filter rates. All programs are factory set.

SERVO MOTOR CONTROLLERS

RC Servo Motor Controller
The S-series is a Proven Precision high-performance, digitally controlled, 12 Bit, H-bridge servo motor controller. Designed to work specifically with our actuators, the input signal may be either a PCM signal from a conventional radio-control receiver or from a potentiometer or analog signal (0-5V). Using a removable PIC controller, each actuator uses a specific control loop program that can also be modified at our facilities for customer non-standard requirements.
The S-series features on-board switchable functions, user selectable via simple jumpers on the PCB. These include the unique animatronic Bio-MotionTM digital signal processing that may be utilized to produce smoother, more life-like organic movement. A Nap function designed to save power when the actuator is commanded to stay in one position. A servo reverse function common with RC Transmitters. An input select option between RC PWM or analog 0-5V. A built-in self-test mode and three LED indicators simplify system testing and maintenance. The power source may be 12 to 32 volts DC.
